The Situation
A utility corridor had gone unmaintained long enough that woody growth was approaching the conductors. Conventional clearing would have meant burn piles and haul-off across terrain with almost no truck access.
What We Did
Single-machine mulching in place across the full corridor width, processing everything to a mulch layer with no debris to remove. Mature trees outside the easement were flagged and preserved.
Result
Corridor cleared to easement width in under two weeks with no burning, no haul-off, and a mulch layer that suppresses regrowth and holds the slope against erosion.
