J.O.L.T Land Services is led by Jacob Bennett — a West Virginia native with over a decade of heavy equipment operation and a background as a Journeyman Lineman. That lineman training matters: it means every job is approached with the precision, safety protocols, and problem-solving discipline of utility-grade work.

Jacob graduated from Marshall University and completed an accredited apprenticeship program before launching J.O.L.T. The business operates with his wife Taylor, a career educator, who brings systematic documentation and client communication standards that exceed industry norms.
