What we collect

The only information we collect directly is what you type into the estimate request form: your name, company (optional), email address, phone number, project location, the service you need, project size, timeline, and your description of the work.

We do not ask for and do not want payment details, government identifiers, or any other sensitive personal information through this website.

Why we collect it

To respond to your estimate request. That is the entire purpose. We use your email and phone number to reply, and the project details to prepare a quote and plan a site visit.

Who it is shared with

Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, our email delivery provider. They process the message in order to deliver it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which measure page views and performance without cookies and without building a profile of individual visitors.

Where Google Analytics is enabled, it sets cookies and collects usage data under Google's privacy policy. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking the script.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. It has no login, no shopping cart, and no personalisation that would require one.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests are retained in our email as business records for as long as they are commercially useful — typically a few years, so we can reference past quotes and completed work. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with a content security policy and standard protective headers. The estimate form is rate limited and protected against automated abuse. No transmission over the internet is ever perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing info@joltlandservices.com or calling 304-651-5756. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is intended for people arranging earthworks on property. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
