J.O.L.T Land Services, LLC is locally owned and operated by Jacob and Taylor Bennett. Family is important to our business and that's why our name includes our children, Owen and Lacen.

Jacob graduated from Marshall University with a bachelor's degree in Dietetics, continued to complete an accredited apprenticeship program to become a Journeymen Lineman, and has over 10 years of experience operating equipment.

Taylor graduated from Glenville State University with a bachelor's degree in early and elementary education. She has now been a teacher of Nicholas County for 4 years.

We have set out to provide West Virginia with quality land clearing services due to the trend of grown up and underdeveloped land in this region. Our mission is to provide you an honest and quality contractor to aid with the trend.
